A Gift to the Gods: Animal Mummies in Ancient Egypt with Dr. Sarah Schellinger

It is undeniable that the ancient Egyptians had a close connection with the animal world as seen in their religious pantheon, statues, and tomb paintings.

This talk will highlight their relationship through the Egyptians’ creation of animal mummies and how non-invasive technology aids in studying them.
