Next week they’ll be celebrating the launch of a new digital humanities resource that they have created, “Below the Line: The Feuilleton and Modern Jewish Cultures.” It features a growing digital collection of feuilletons related to modern Jewish cultures in a variety of languages, published in newspapers and periodicals throughout the world, from the mid-19th century to the mid-20th century: https://www.feuilletonproject.org/ which has feuilletons from around the world that deal with Jews, Jewishness, and Jewish cultures, including texts in Hebrew, Ladino, and Judeo-Arabic from the Ottoman Empire, North Africa, and beyond.
